I won the money, it belongs to me! Therefore it is my right to tell anyone I like about my good fortune. If you have an issue with this go away and wait for your own lottery win, then you can keep it as secret as you like.

I agree that it belongs to you but I wondered if there would be any risks to advertising your win to just anyone as you say? I would be interested to hear your thoughts.
